Drew Llewellyn took inspiration from the fantastic traders at the Emporium, and put together an entirely vintage outfit for less than £45 that won her the Best Turned Out Lady prize at this week's Wincanton Ladies day.
Drew, who runs Qballyhoo Marketing based in the Emporium's loft, decided to make her own hat this year using a 1950's vintage piece from the Emporium as a base and some pieces that she had lying around the house. She bought other pieces including shoes from the vintage ladies department on the first floor. Drew won a night's stay at Charlton House and a Porsche Driving Experience.
She said "I was completely gobsmacked when I won as there will many people there who had clearly spent a lot of money on new outfits; It just goes to show that you really stand out from the crowd when you wear vintage"
