It’s usually a tough decision, as with so many really great, successful candidates to choose from, it’s difficult to select a single winner.
Never the less, we do manage to recognise and celebrate the achievements of one of our 60+ traders each week. It might be because their sales results have been amazing, or that they go the extra mile for their customers, or that they’ve been brilliant members of our own community at The Emporium, often a blend of all 3!
It’s a lovely, feel-good event, something that we all join in with and personally congratulate the well deserved winner.
